Panificio De Rossi
It has been the bread of the Veronese for three generations. Founded in 1948 with the opening of the historic bakery in Corso Portoni Borsari De Rossi, it is a reference for baked goods, pastry and fresh pasta. For Fontanara, De Rossi has created a pasta with dried thyme and rosemary from Azienda Agricola Pernigo: a treat for the Christmas table and for the simplest but refined gifts.

Mother yeast over a hundred years old, simple and quality ingredients and great craftsmanship, are the ingredients that raise Pasticceria Scarpato among the excellences in the field of leavened desserts of the Christmas tradition. Those you find in the shop are special four-dough leavened products, characterized by an unparalleled softness and development, after a wait of 72 hours. At Fontanara you will find exclusively the queen of ancient Veronese sweets: Offella, a dessert that is now rare. Offella Scarpato is a masterpiece of softness, ancestor of Pandoro.
