Large and elegant, with a medium-light fruitiness and predominantly fruity, herbaceous and spicy scents. Visual notes: of a beautiful light green color, bright and limpid
Olfactory notes: the nose is graceful, complex and elegant, and is characterized by hints of apple, cinnamon and almond, as well as unripe tomato and flowers.
Tasting notes: in the mouth it is fine, broad, characterized by hints of fresh grass, apple, almond and green tomato. Bitter content and strong spicy but which reveals itself in a gradual and pleasantly enveloping way.
Cultivar: blend of Favarol (75%) and Grignano, Frantoio, Leccino (25%).
Olive groves: about 300 meters above sea level, on the eastern side of the Valpantena.
